High in the Himalaya Mountains of Nepal, there are children who yearn to get a good education. Harsh conditions of snow, icy rain, and wind make it nearly impossible for them to walk the sometimes two hours to school, each way, from their rural homes. Heartsteps Foundation has supported the Shree Patle English Secondary School, making warm coats, uniforms, shoes and knitwear available to these children since 2021. 

This year, 250 students are in need of warm outerwear.  

Heartsteps Foundation is creating a special event, Saturday, July 19, 9 am to 12 noon, to support the needed $5000 to buy adequate winter wear for these children. 

 Please join us. Donation of $65 for a one-hour yoga gentle yoga session with Dawn Darling, Dawn of Yoga, and one-hour sound healing and meditation with Celeste Barbier, Reste Sound Healing. 

Enjoy a delicious vegetarian brunch buffet poolside on a fabulous Fallbrook estate, and a fashion show by LaRene Reece, DeuceGear, showcasing her fabulous and creative embellished coats, jackets and clothing.  A silent auction will offer enticing items, too! 

All proceeds, after expenses, go directly to purchasing new warm winter coats for the Patle children.
