Throughout the Himalaya range, colorful Bhuddist prayer flags dance in the mountain winds, carrying prayers, blessings, a mantra of compassion, and hope into the world.

Heartsteps Foundation invites you to dedicate a set of colorful prayer flags in Nepal in honor of someone you love, in memory of someone you miss, or as an expression of hope for the future.

According to Tibetan Buddhist tradition, the prayers and intentions printed on the flags are carried by the wind, spreading kindness, healing, compassion, and goodwill to all beings.

For your donation, Heartsteps Foundation will hang prayer flags in Nepal and include your personal dedication in a special blessing ceremony.

Your gift supports Heartsteps Foundation’s work providing educational opportunities and humanitarian assistance to underserved children and communities in Nepal.

Together, we can send hope into the world—one prayer flag at a time.

How It Works

For each donation, Heartsteps Foundation will purchase and hang traditional prayer flags in Nepal.

Donors may dedicate their flags:

  • In memory of a loved one

  • For healing

  • For peace

  • For a child or grandchild

  • For a milestone or celebration

  • For someone facing illness

  • For personal intentions and prayers

  • For world peace and compassion

Each donor receives:

✓ A digital certificate of dedication

✓ A photo of prayer flags hung in Nepal

✓ Their dedication included in an annual community blessing ceremony

Suggested Donation Levels

Specify your donation level and the individual(s) or intention(s) you are recognizing.  

Our team will purchase prayer flags in Nepal, and ensure your wishes are met, hanging the flags in the Himalaya Mountains in honor of your request.
